I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the young man who came to install 2 x new TV Arial sockets in my house. his name was Vladimir and to just say that his manners, his respect of my house with regards to his dirty clothes and cleaning up afterwards was greatly appreciated. He advised me all the things he was going to do or could do before he started then he did the job to my satisfaction. He also went out of his way to run the wiring out of sight as I didn't really like the idea of seeing wiring outside my house. So I just want to say finally that you should be proud to have such a resourceful and well mannered young man working for your company and I know if I have any more need of such work he will be the guy I ask your company to send out.

I was looking for a new antenna, because I couldn't get any reception. Asked several companies for a quote, but Sydney Antennas beat them all. Most of the competitors offered me an antenna with a lot of whistles and bells, I never asked for. Vladimir came, tested the reception and gave me a very good price for the work that had to be done. Didn't charge me for some minor parts he had replaced. Very professional and straight forward. Had fixed my problems under an hour and tested everything after the work was done. I had 3 quotes for fixing a reception problem,including one from Vladmir. The 1st 2 quotes invloved the tradesmen pressuring for my business, hypothesising about what I needed and criticising the competition.Vladmir was a complete professional. He listened patiently to my concerns;he didn't criticise the competition;he tested my TV reception - expalined what was happening and pointed out the antennas on nearby roofs that neighbours had installed to solve their reception problems (thus showing me evidence of what my reception issue most probably was).I gave him the job immediately and it was completed that day. I organized for a new antenna to be installed on my roof. Vladimir arrived 'on time' and boy what a stunner!! He had a look and asked me why I wanted a new antenna, I gave him my reasons....he tested the reception and said he really didn't think I needed a new one, now how often does that happen. We have used Vlad's services on number of occasions over between 2007 and 2011. This was for changing existing antenna/pay tv wiring in existing house and putting full new installation in a new dwelling. Found experience excellent. These guys are great. I installed a piece of crap from the hardware store and put up with it for a year before calling Sydney Antennas. My service was terrible and now i have full service with great pictures. The guys told me exactly what needed to happen and how they'd do it. Wonderful service, very polite and highly recommended.

I rang Vladimir on the Friday for a quote was first he said he would be there on the following Tuesday. He called me back 10 mins later to ask if he could come the next day at 3pm. He arrived the following day for the quote which I was happy with I then asked when he will be able to install, to my surprise he told me he could do it now (this was 3.30pm on a Saturday so you can understand why I was surprised) Within the next half hour the antenna was up and he had installed the 2 outlets as well.
